Job Summary
Seeking ICISF Certified Crisis Intervention Mental Health Clinicians for on-call positions to provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care during critical incidents nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.) preferred
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in crisis response, trauma-informed care, or emergency mental health services
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of ICISF training or willingness to complete required ICISF courses
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Cultural competence
- Emotional resilience in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with OSHA and environmental safety protocols
