Job Summary
Construction Estimator – ICI role focusing on preparing detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects, performing quantity take-offs and pricing, soliciting and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotes, assisting with bid submissions and tender closings, supporting budgeting and preconstruction activities, and collaborating closely with project and estimating teams. Exposure to healthcare and institutional projects is considered an asset. Requires 4+ years of estimating experience within ICI and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
