Job Summary
Monitor assigned credit portfolios, including past dues, payments, loan document exceptions, collateral monitoring, and compliance requirements. Identify issues or irregularities and escalate matters appropriately while partnering with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and product teams to support client relationship activities. Execute operational tasks such as loan pre-boarding, post-boarding, overdrafts, and ACH suspensions using systems like Web OD, nCino, Salesforce, and HOGAN. Perform RPMS maintenance, research, and resolution of internal inquiries with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring accurate files and client records including KYC and regulatory documentation. Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and applicable risk and control expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry
- Location Expectations: working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
