ICF Assistant Site Supervisor- Shoreham

Supervise direct support professionals in implementing person-centered program plans through observation, progress reviews, and recommending courses of action to meet residents' daily living needs. Monitor DSP data including goals, behavior plans, BM charts, mealtime data, and repositioning while assisting with daily assignment sheets and ensuring community outings and medical appointments are fulfilled. Provide direct assistance with daily living skills such as toileting, showering, dressing, and feeding, while ensuring safety precautions are followed according to person-centered plans. Train new DSP staff on work rules, procedures, and required annual trainings including incident reporting, abuse prevention, SCIP, and CPR. Enforce all agency policies and safety procedures, reporting unsafe acts immediately to the supervisor or safety committee.
