Job Summary
Engage with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide strategic guidance on optimizing contract management processes through the Icertis platform. Act as a trusted advisor to program teams, designing scalable CLM solutions and driving initiatives to improve the CLM lifecycle. Stay current on Icertis CLM developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale implementations. This role requires U.S. citizenship and at least three years of hands-on Icertis experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. ITEC, now part of ManpowerGroup Public Sector, delivers mission-critical support to the DoD and Intelligence Community since 1999.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Icertis CLM solutions
- Deep knowledge of the Icertis CLM platform, including module configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
- Proven experience managing large-scale CLM implementation projects, with a track record of successful delivery
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as Federal Government, legal, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience with Icertis GovCon
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
