Ice Skating Attraction Attendant -Seasonal

Conduct customer service operations for exhibits and shows by assisting guests to safely enjoy their experience. Sell tickets and retail merchandise using suggestive selling methods while maintaining displays and operating cash registers. Answer guest inquiries via phone or electronically, direct guests to proper locations, and handle cash bank deposits following established procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to managers, verify uniform standards, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Perform duties requiring extended standing, walking, or lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
