Job Summary
Coordinate all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities, including ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest. Check operation status, lighting, AV, and cleanliness to correct aesthetic deficiencies. Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees while learning to operate ticketing, retail, and inventory software systems. Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies. Welcome guests, address service needs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to managers. Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and identify new ideas to increase organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience

- No supervisory experience
