Job Summary
Support the Kroger Ice Cream business as an Associate Customer Business Manager by working with the Customer Business Manager and Team Lead to deliver sustainable growth. Directly interact with Kroger Category Managers and Associate Category Managers to optimize assortment and drive ROI on promotions and demand creation while coordinating with supply chain to ensure on-time, in-full delivery. Build and execute Joint Business Plans, manage promo execution and contract submissions, oversee Evergreen planning, and drive trade investment efficiency. Lead initiatives such as the KOMPASS Reset and New Item Submission Process, conduct in-depth MICC and competitive promotional analysis, and convert insights into actionable recommendations. Oversee deductions and post audits, supervise a Sales Analyst, and collaborate across functions to influence business outcomes. Strong analytical capabilities, data-sourced storytelling (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator), and clear communication are required to thrive in a fast-moving environment and build cross-functional partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-5+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry
