Job Summary
Lead project ideas and execution for the NA Ice Cream supply chain, develop business cases and capex cost savings, model capacity for the network, drive complexity reduction and process improvements, monitor category KPIs, and collaborate with Brand, Supply/Demand Planning, Factories, Finance, Procurement and R&D to deliver targets and drive Gross Margin and profit improvement. Responsibilities include brainstorming and leading projects, defining capex, reporting to senior stakeholders, and conducting cross-functional ideation sessions; required skills include project management, data analytics, strong presentation and stakeholder management, and proficiency with Excel and AI-enabled analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Project management experience
- 5+ combined experience in Supply Chain planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, R&D and/or Operations Research
- Clear demonstration of leadership, team commitment and influencing others without authority
- Cross functional and business process, commercial and financial acumen
- Communication abilities to all levels of the organization
