Job Summary
Manage Laguna Beach, CA location with in-person operations. Train, motivate, and lead team members to deliver the ice cream experience, oversee daily operations with health and safety compliance, manage operations using industry tools, address customer inquiries professionally, remain calm under pressure, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture. Requires supervisory restaurant experience, strong customer service and communication skills, flexible availability including evenings/weekends, a valid driver’s license, and a California Food Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Preferred cake decorating experience. This role is part-time with shift options including day and evening shifts at the Laguna Beach location.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and/or weekends
- Driver's License
- California Food Manager Certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
