Job Summary
As an Ice Cream Specialist, you will provide outstanding service by preparing shakes, malts, sundaes, and cones while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You'll operate the point of sale system efficiently, maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, and uphold security protocols to minimize theft. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, managing cash transactions, and completing necessary reports, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers and complete required records
- Ability to move merchandise
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place packages in dip cabinet
