Job Summary
Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and hospitality as an Ice Cream Specialist at United Dairy Farmers. Prepare hand-dipped ice cream items (cones, shakes, malts) and related food-service offerings; operate the POS and gas console, process transactions, and handle cash; stock and maintain product displays, monitor equipment temperatures, and ensure store cleanliness and safety. Follow company policies and procedures, meet shift requirements, and deliver friendly, efficient service to guests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console
- Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies in dip cabinets
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps
- Ability to lift and move goods and withstand temperatures as specified
