The Ice Cream Specialist at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by following the Hi Five Guest Experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic to complete records
- Ability to move merchandise and clean surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to various temperatures
- Ability to lift and place packages of specified weight
