Job Summary
As an Ice Cream Specialist at United Dairy Farmers, you will provide outstanding service to Guests by following The Hi Five Guest Experience. Responsibilities include making hand-dipped ice cream, shakes, and other food items, operating the point of sale system, and maintaining store cleanliness and security. Applicants should have the ability to speak and understand English, tolerate extreme temperatures, and handle cash transactions accurately. This is a part-time position requiring effective communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to clean surfaces and display merchandise
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to handle cash and perform arithmetic calculations
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place a package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet
