Job Summary
Greet customers, process orders, scoop ice cream, and operate the cash register while offering samples and allergen alternatives. Receive and facilitate to-go orders via point-of-sale or phone, delivering them in person and assisting as requested. Prepare the ice cream station, stock cases, and maintain cleanliness of the scooping area, dining rooms, and bathrooms. Perform weekly deep cleaning duties, including defrosting and sanitizing coolers, and manage trash disposal.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
- Team player who has the ability to follow instructions.
- Self-starter and can work with and without direct supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
- Closed-toe slip resistant shoes.
- Valid Food Handler's Certification.
- Valid Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) Certification.
