Job Summary
Ice Cream Materials Associate - Palletizer (Team C) handles palletizing, tray operation, and ice cream materials within a GMP/SQF environment. Responsibilities include sanitation duties (MSS tasks, environmental program support), QA testing and checks, equipment operation and basic maintenance, inventory/receiving of materials, loading/unloading with powered industrial trucks, adherence to Safety in Motion, LOTO, PPE, and GMP regulations, and maintaining certifications for regulatory compliance. The role requires teamwork, ability to rotate through multiple department tasks, and a focus on food safety and quality principles. Shift is rotating 12-hour nights (5:55pm–6:00am) in Conestoga, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must work in a team environment
- Must follow GMP and safety guidelines
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications for regulatory compliance
- Must be able to operate PITs (Power Industrial Trucks)
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform data entry and use related systems
