Job Summary
Logistics Supervisor responsible for end-to-end oversight of the freezer/warehouse functions, including production planning, inventory control, vendor coordination, and scheduling of inbound/outbound shipments to ensure on-time customer fulfillment. Lead and develop the warehouse team, manage departmental budgets, coordinate with corporate and local manufacturing, and ensure safety and quality standards while leveraging IT tools (BuildApp, Weever, Megamation, DFOS, SPC) to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years’ experience in production scheduling
- Associates or B.S. Degree preferred
- Ability to become HAZWOPER certified
- Emergency response knowledge or participation in EAP
- Strong coordination of inbound/outbound transportation and scheduling
- Experience with warehouse and inventory management
