Job Summary
Lead all Facility/Utility Maintenance operations in a 24/7 ice cream manufacturing environment, ensuring asset reliability and adherence to ICMS standards while driving safety, quality, and cost performance. Manage the facilities maintenance team, oversee HVAC, water systems, electrical, and related infrastructure; champion safety programs, compliance with GMP/OSHA/HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives; drive KPI improvements (OEE, waste reduction, labor productivity); collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Production partners to solve problems and optimize maintenance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
- Maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (24/7 environment strongly preferred)
- Proven experience leading technical teams and driving results through structured systems such as ICMS, UMS, WCM, TPM, or Lean
- Deep knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA requirements, and manufacturing compliance
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, facilities, and manufacturing systems
