Coordinate all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities including ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest. Check operation status, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system function while correcting aesthetic deficiencies. Follow training guidelines to support the Special Events Manager and assist with employee training. Learn and operate software systems for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage. Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional appearance. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Identify and recommend new ideas to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
