Coordinate Special Events or Leisure Experience activities, including ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest. Check operation status, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system function; correct aesthetic deficiencies and resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies. Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees while learning to operate ticketing, retail, and inventory software systems. Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests, address service needs, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Identify and recommend new ideas to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
