Job Summary
Coordinate all Special Events and Leisure Experience activities including ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest. Check operation status, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system performance to correct aesthetic deficiencies. Follow training guidelines, monitor employee training, and operate software systems for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage. Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. Welcome guests, address service needs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to managers. Comply with quality assurance standards and recommend new ideas to improve efficiency and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience

- No supervisory experience
