Job Summary
Conduct closing duties by storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, and returning everything to proper locations. Set up and stock work areas, inspect china, glass, and silver for cleanliness prior to use, and maintain clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the shift. Perform general maintenance tasks such as restocking, turning off lights, and locking doors while adhering to all safety and security policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
