Job Summary
Prepare drink orders for guests using specified recipes and measuring systems while issuing, opening, and serving wine and champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and tools, stock ice and glassware, and wash soiled items. Process all payment methods, count the bank at shift end, resolve discrepancies, and secure storage areas. Welcome guests, address service needs, and adhere to safety policies by reporting accidents and completing training. Move objects up to 50 pounds and perform closing duties as requested by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience

- No supervisory experience
