Ice Arena Concessions Worker

Welcome guests at the concession stand, take orders for food and beverages, and prepare items using appropriate ingredients while following sanitation guidelines. Process cash payments, tender change, and maintain accurate records of received cash stored in a safe area. Assist with set-up, arrange inventory, communicate shortages, and perform post-shift clean-up duties to ensure the stand is sanitized. Clean and maintain food preparation equipment such as grills and ovens on a regular basis. Handle light bookkeeping by creating reports of cash received against sales. Perform other duties as required to assist with general operations and serve as a resource to the USM community.
