Job Summary
Install and test irrigation systems for new landscapes, renovations, and large-scale projects by trenching, laying pipe, connecting valves, and wiring controllers. Perform physical labor including digging, backfilling, material handling, and site cleanup while safely operating hand and power tools under supervision. Collaborate with crew leaders to troubleshoot system issues, report discrepancies in plans or materials, and communicate escalations to management. Maintain preventative checks on equipment and uphold all safety procedures and company policies. Requires a valid Florida driver's license, willingness to work flexible hours in varying weather, and ability to lift heavy materials.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended shifts as project demands require
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in irrigation installation, landscaping, or outdoor construction
- Familiarity with PVC pipe cutting, gluing, and basic irrigation components
- Basic understanding of irrigation layouts or construction drawings
- Experience with trenchers or other light construction equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Interest in advancing into irrigation technician, crew leader, or foreman roles
- 2 Wire troubleshooting
