Job Summary
Architect and deliver holistic identity solutions across on-premises and cloud environments for a federal ICAM program, managing delivery of SSO, directory, IGA, and PAM services. Direct strategic initiatives and oversee product teams to ensure consistent, quality delivery while serving as a trusted advisor for industry best practices. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, escalate issues, and remove external hindrances to meet complex enterprise requirements. Requires 8+ years in identity solutions and 3+ years in team management. Base pay ranges from $135,200 to $278,500 USD.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience designing and implementing identity solutions across two or more of the following areas: Access Management, Directory Services, Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of: ICAM functions and implementation principles, ICAM's place in a Zero Trust security architecture, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Personnel management
- Thorough knowledge of: At least one major cloud service provider (CSP), i.e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Networking, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Privileged access management (PAM)
- General knowledge of: Organizational change management (OCM), Single sign-on (SSO), Security compliance
- Ability to obtain a US government security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP, ISACA CISM
- Experience working in the Department of Defense
- Possession of a US government security clearance
