Job Summary
ICAM Engineer to support large-scale IAM projects for government clients. You’ll analyze the identity lifecycle, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise identity records while designing, deploying, and supporting systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for assets. Responsibilities include implementing enterprise-class solutions from single sign-on to privileged access systems and helping stop adversaries in their tracks. Required experience includes 3+ years in ICAM/security operations/identity governance, AD/LDAP administration, cybersecurity administration with identity lifecycle management, MFA and PAM tools (Okta, Duo, Auth0, CyberArk, Delinea), and cloud IAM (Azure/AWS), plus PKI/PIV knowledge, security-principles, and the ability to interpret technical documentation. Must possess Secret clearance. Role may involve remote/work model considerations as described in Booz Allen’s Work Model; location options include multiple US sites listed. Additional qualifications in Nice-to-Have include advisory project management, experience with IAM tools (Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity), Splunk/ELK, and further IAM delivery/project management experience. This is a Full-Time role with compensation range $86,900 to $198,000 annually and benefits; remote/hybrid/onsite options are described in-company policy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting ICAM, security operations, or identity governance programs
- 3+ years of experience with administration of directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP
- 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity administration, including identity lifecycle management
- Experience with MFA solutions, such as Okta, Duo, or AuthO and Privileged Access Management such as CyberArk or Delinea
- Experience supporting IAM solutions in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of PKI and PIV standards and identity security best practices
- Knowledge of identity-focused cybersecurity principles and controls
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and incorporate industry best practices and security findings
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
