Job Summary
Senior ICAM Engineer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities across enterprise and edge ICAM architectures. Focus areas include SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic implementations, identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, role modeling, identity correlation, authoritative data integration, and extending identity services to mission partners and edge environments. Responsibilities include integrating data sources, supporting JML processes, SoD controls, identity synchronization, and participating in Agile development while contributing to Zero Trust and security initiatives. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to onboard applications, configure identity services for distributed environments, and produce architecture diagrams and operational documentation. Requires Bachelor’s degree, active Secret clearance, and 10+ years’ IAM/ICAM experience; hybrid work arrangement at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Active Secret security clearance
- 10+ years’ IAM/ICAM/IGA experience
- Proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar identity governance platforms
- Proficiency with Radiant Logic/RadiantOne or equivalent identity data management technologies
- Experience integrating identity platforms with LDAP/AD and HR systems
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement governance, SoD
- Experience in distributed, federated, mission-partner environments
- Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, LDAP queries
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server environments
- Experience in Agile development environments
