ICAM Engineer - Edge Services

ICAM Engineer with senior hands-on expertise to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities across enterprise and edge environments. Supports SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platforms to manage identity lifecycle, access governance, entitlements, and identity data services; extends identity services to mission partners in distributed and disconnected environments. Responsibilities include integrating authoritative data sources, implementing JML processes, access requests and certifications, SoD controls, identity correlation and data quality, and enabling Zero Trust and identity-centric security initiatives. Collaborative work with stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources, and to support governance and distribution of identity services in edge computing contexts. Requires strong experience with IAM/IGA solutions, LDAP/AD integrations, and knowledge of agile development practices.
