Job Summary
ICAM Business Process Reengineer needed to lead process-improvement and reengineering initiatives for an upcoming federal contract. Responsibilities include applying process modernization methodologies and internet-related techniques to define project activities, supporting activity/data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating performance metrics. Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer. Serve as a key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and best practices (including e-business) across systems. May supervise other contractor business reengineering specialists and web architects. Support development of system information requirements in collaboration with information engineers for large-scale information systems. Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of BP engineering experience, with strong cloud architecture, security, and DevSecOps capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely-related discipline (or substantial compensating operational experience)
- Minimum 7 years of Business Process Engineering experience focusing on existing software applications
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and security, DevSecOps development standards
- Understanding of ICAM products to recommend, lead implementation, and implement product changes
- Experience in managing and supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide processes and application systems
