Job Summary
Indirect Channel Account Manager in Automotive for Shell India’s indirect channel. Responsible for inspiring, motivating and managing distributors and their customers; align distributor activities with Shell’s goals, RTM strategies and CVP-based practices; drive sales growth through field visits, market feedback, and collaboration with Marketing, ICE and distributor teams; develop and monitor monthly/quarterly KPIs, implement CVPs, pricing, brand and communications campaigns, and ensure data quality through SFA tools; lead training and development of distributor staff, and advise on organizational development, HR policies, and recruitment to sustain performance across the distributor network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology
- 5 to 6 years of work experience in Channel Management and Key Account Management
- techno-commercial mindset
- solid financial understanding of channel vendors
- English and Hindi language proficiency
