Job Summary
Senior ICAM Engineer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining authentication and federation services across enterprise, partner, coalition, tactical, and edge environments. Focus areas include PingFederate and related IdPs, federation, SSO, MFA, trust management, and extending identity services to distributed and DDIL environments. Responsibilities include configuring claims, attribute mappings, policy enforcement, token transformations, and integrating applications and partners via SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, and PKI-based authentication. Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to implement Zero Trust through modern authentication and identity assurance. Requires 10+ years IAM/ICAM experience, Bachelor’s degree, active Secret clearance, and willingness to work a Hybrid schedule with ~25% on-site at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of IAM/ICAM experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher)
- Strong experience with PingFederate or equivalent federation technologies
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise IdP and federation services
- Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), WS-Federation, JWT
- Experience supporting PKI, certificate-based authentication, smart card authentication, MFA
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, enterprise identity repositories
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server
- Experience deploying enterprise COTS products in secure environments
- Experience working in Agile development environments
