Job Summary
Senior ICAM Engineer focused on designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining authentication and federation services across enterprise and edge environments. Will support PingFederate and related identity platforms to provide authentication, federation, SSO, and trust management; extend identity services to mission partners and edge/disconnected environments; configure claims, mappings, and policy enforcement; support MFA and phishing-resistant authentication; contribute to Zero Trust architectures; troubleshoot tokens/credentials/certificates; and collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams. Hybrid role with ~25% on-site at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Active Secret security clearance
- 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher)
- 10+ years’ IAM/Authentication/Federation/ICAM Experience in government or regulated environments
- Strong experience with PingFederate or equivalent federation technologies
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise IdP and federation services
- Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), WS-Federation, and JWT
- Experience with PKI, certificate-based authentication, smart card authentication, and MFA
- Experience with Active Directory/LDAP and enterprise identity repositories
- Experience deploying and supporting enterprise COTS products in secure environments
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server
- Experience working in Agile development environments
