Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals. Demonstrate best-in-class sales techniques and professionalism while negotiating and closing deals in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Drive performance by setting clear expectations, tracking metrics, and holding the team accountable. Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the team competitive and informed, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and customer experience. Requires proven experience in timeshare sales management and a strong production history; open availability with 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays. Active Real Estate License and Driver’s License are required.
