Job Summary
The IC-Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of clean service ware, tableware, pots, and pans while maintaining a clean work area. Key responsibilities include interacting with guests and coworkers professionally, operating and monitoring dishwashing machines, washing and storing all kitchen items properly, keeping a clean kitchen, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a current Food Handler's Certification.
