Job Summary
Lead proposal efforts for classified IC programs, developing and executing capture strategies to win services and solutions-based new business. Author, review, and manage classified proposals, white papers, and Market Survey responses while cultivating relationships with IC stakeholders and key decision-makers. Independently identify new classified business opportunities, forecast prospective deals, and collaborate on marketing campaigns for tradeshows and industry events. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of IC experience, and ability to work onsite in Chantilly, VA at least 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of related work experience
- An already established network within the IC
- Experience with leading programs and business capture initiatives
- Experience working with and understanding of the IC Information Technology markets and customers
- Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and federal government budgeting processes
- Strong communication skills experienced with briefing senior business executives and customers
- Ability to be onsite 4 days in Chantilly, VA
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Possess an active security clearance
- Shipley Associates or other related training/certifications
- Proposal management certification from APMP or equivalent
