Job Summary
Provide analytical support for Incentive Compensation plan design, scenario modeling, and performance forecasting. Translate business objectives into measurable compensation structures and KPIs while conducting advanced modeling to assess plan effectiveness, risk, and financial impact. Serve as the primary conduit between Incentive Compensation and data/IT teams to ensure data integrity, perform rigorous QC/validation of inputs and payroll outputs, and support vendor management for external IC partners. Collaborate with Sales Operations, CRM, and Roster teams to deliver strategic insights and optimize plan performance through ongoing health check analytics. This role sits within UCB's Ecosystems Operations Function, focusing on neurology and immunology, with a hybrid-first approach requiring 40% office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or related field
- Masters Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, reporting, forecasting, or Incentive compensation
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consulting environments
- Strong expertise in data modeling, advanced analytics, and quantitative problem-solving
- MBA or advanced degree
