Job Summary
Lead IBOR accounting and reconciliation with end-to-end ownership of delivery, control framework, and transformation initiatives. Manage large teams across Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, and Middle Office interfaces; strengthen governance for audit readiness; drive automation and transformation to reduce manual dependencies; build and manage client reporting, KPIs, and dashboards (Power BI); oversee transitions and stabilization of accounts with improved metrics; partner with Technology, Pricing, Performance, and Asset Maintenance teams for issue resolution; lead senior client interactions and internal leadership. Required Qualifications
- 15–18 years of experience in IBOR accounting, reconciliations, and fund accounting
- Strong exposure to Middle Office operations and end-to-end investment lifecycle
- Proven track record in managing large teams and complex delivery environments
- Experience in driving transformation, automation, and process improvements
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and governance frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to data analytics tools (Power BI preferred, SQL and Agentic AI usage)
