Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using IBM webMethods Suite, architecting scalable systems for high availability and performance. Manage a team of developers, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance while conducting code reviews and troubleshooting issues. Handle configuration, deployment, and support of WebMethods components including Integration Server, Trading Networks, and MWS, ensuring secure B2B communications via AS2, FTP, and SFTP. Maintain documentation for system design and ongoing maintenance. This project-based role involves immediate requirements with a schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, offering a pathway to senior architect positions and exposure to DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience
- 7–10 years of experience in IBM webMethods platform
- Strong expertise in: Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, Designer
- Strong expertise in: EDI, flat file, XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs
- Strong expertise in: Partner onboarding and B2B communications (AS2, SFTP)
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Exposure to logging/monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, ELK, Optimize)
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and error handling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Office Time: Project Based (2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST)
