Job Summary
Contract, fully remote (Canada) opportunity for an IBM Verify Developer/Engineer focusing on IBM Security Verify/ISVA/ISAM integration within enterprise IAM environments. Responsibilities include backend development and REST API integrations, scripting and automation, and leveraging CI/CD tools (GitHub/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps). Strong troubleshooting and integration skills are required to support secure authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT). Nice-to-have experience includes IAM platforms like Okta or Ping Identity, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IAM certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify / ISVA / ISAM
- Minimum Reliability clearance required
- Solid understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, JWT, and modern authentication protocols
- Experience with backend development and REST API integrations
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience working in enterprise IAM environments
- Strong troubleshooting and integration skills
