Job Summary
Design, deploy, and secure Red Hat OpenShift clusters while administering IBM Cloud Pak for Integration components including IBM MQ, API Connect, and Event Streams. Enforce Role-Based Access Control and manage identity layers, then architect persistent storage and schedule zero-downtime upgrades. Configure APM dashboards, automate multi-tenant provisioning via GitOps, and troubleshoot complex cluster degradation events. Maintain high availability and continuous automated pipeline scaling for enterprise hybrid-cloud integration. Requires Bachelor's degree and deep production experience with RHOCP and CP4I. Fluency in English required; Arabic advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical system discipline
- Deep, practical engineering experience managing production-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters and administering IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) components
- Solid knowledge of Software-Defined Networking (SDN/OVN), Ingress/Route architectures, service meshes (Istio), network policies, and container security compliance scanning
- Strong technical comprehension of enterprise integration patterns, containerized message-queuing mechanics, and API lifecycle architectures
- Exceptional analytical and systemic debugging capabilities, possessing a high technical attention to container density logs and compute sizing variables
