Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of robust case management, workflow, and rules solutions, including design, development, automation, deployment, and architectural evolution. Collaborate across teams to integrate workflows with internal systems, define coding and implementation standards, and drive scalable, secure capabilities. Provide advanced technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers. Requires deep BPM (BPMN), CMN, and DMN expertise, experience with IBM BPM/BAM (2-3 enterprise implementations), and proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, relational/non-relational databases, and event-driven messaging (Kafka, MQ). Enterprise-scale focus with a hands-on coding responsibility and a strong emphasis on maintainable, configurable solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (on-site). Salary: $120,800–$170,800 USD annually. Salary bands reflect annualized compensation for a Full-time role with Citi; includes leadership responsibilities as a senior workflow/microservices lead in Enterprise Operations & Technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6+ years in BPM/workflow platforms
- 2-3 enterprise implementations with IBM BAM/BPM
- Java, Spring Boot
- RESTful API design
- Databases (Oracle, MongoDB)
- Event-driven architecture (Kafka, MQ)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
