Job Summary
IBHS services for children/youth ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings. Implement treatment plans, collect daily data, and complete daily notes under supervision of certified Behavior Analysts/Consultants. Roles offered as part-time or full-time, hourly pay based on hours worked. Location: King of Prussia, PA. W2 position with benefits for full-time staff; opportunities for RBT certification support and BCBA supervision. High school diploma required with associate/bachelor degree in a human service area preferred; minimum one year of experience with children/youth and ability to work with challenging behaviors. Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training required; current clearances, Safety-Care a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred
- Experience with children/youth with behavioral health diagnoses preferred
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training; RBT certification preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification a plus
- RBT certification preferred
