IBHS Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary
Provide IBHS services to children and youth ages 2-21 in homes, schools, and community settings under supervision. Implement treatment plans, collect daily data, and complete daily notes under direction of certified Behavior Analysts/Consultants. Roles offered as part-time or full-time hourly positions with W2 benefits. Requires a high school diploma; associates or bachelor’s degree in a human-services field preferred; at least one year of relevant experience; completion of the 40-hour RBT training with RBT certification preferred; current clearances; Safety-Care a plus. Training and development opportunities include pursuing RBT certification and BCBA supervision; competitive benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma is required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred
- One year of recent experience working with children/youth; experience with challenging behaviors preferred
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training (free course available)
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
