Job Summary
Provide IBHS services to children and youth ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Implement treatment plans, collect daily data, and complete daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. Role supports a W2 position with benefits; flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) based on client availability. Requires high school diploma (associate’s/bachelor’s preferred), 40 Hour RBT Training, and ability to work with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors; RBT certification preferred. Located in West Chester, PA; in-person role with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working with children/youth
- Completion of 40 Hour RBT Training
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
- Safety-Care certification is a plus
