Job Summary
Manage day-to-day execution for M&A and capital markets transactions, including advanced financial modeling, financial and industry analysis, and preparation of external marketing materials and internal reporting documents. Support senior and experienced professionals with all-round transaction activities while applying creative thinking beyond the numbers. Requires hands-on investment banking experience in deal or transaction support, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Korean. Based in Seoul for Associate to Vice President level candidates.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree (or equivalent) in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
- Hands-on investment banking experience in deal or transaction support
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (financial modeling)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Korean
- A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities
- Strong team player who is able to work effectively in a team environment
