Job Summary
Manage and assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, M&A, and strategic advisory while performing financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research. Contribute to team discussions and client meetings, providing rapid and accurate market judgments and preparing compelling client presentations. Mentor analysts and promote team culture by working closely with senior bankers on assignments covering acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Top class Master's degree or overseas equivalent in or related to finance from a leading university
- Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
- Ability to analyse and value businesses
- Strong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellence
