Job Summary
IBD Gastroenterologist sought to join St. Luke's University Health Network's growing IBD program. Fellowship-trained physician will split time between Allentown and Bethlehem, PA, providing specialized care for inflammatory bowel disease and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including colorectal surgery, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Nutrition. Opportunity for academic involvement with Temple/St. Luke's School of Medicine, clinical research, and teaching medical students, internal medicine residents, and gastroenterology fellows. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary clinics and conferences (e.g., IBD Multidisciplinary Conference, Journal Club), engaging in community outreach, contributing to quality improvement and program development, and benefiting from an excellent compensation package with relocation reimbursement and extensive benefits. Excellent team-based care, robust patient volume (over 43,000 annual GI visits and ~30,000 procedures per year), and support from dedicated staff. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE fellowship trained in Gastroenterology
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease experience or specialization
