Job Summary
Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raise transactions for the Diversified Industrials & Services sector. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions while overseeing detailed financial models and valuation analyses. Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities. Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings. Requires 3 to 6 years of investment banking experience with sell-side M&A transaction execution, FINRA licenses, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time role in New York with competitive compensation including discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience running sell-side M&A transactions
- Minimum Required: Bachelors' degree
- Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience
- Minimum Required: FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions
- Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
- Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings
