Job Summary
Step into the IB KYC Refresh- Senior Analyst role to take responsibility for client service and operational execution within Wholesale Onboarding. The role involves day-to-day KYC processing, reviewing and reporting, gathering Customer Due Diligence information, onboarding or refreshing clients in line with policy, collaborating with front office and other teams to identify improvements, developing and implementing procedures and controls to mitigate risk, and delivering insights to senior stakeholders. You may lead a team, supervise workload, and demonstrate leadership behaviors to develop others while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk management across KYC processes.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge and Experience of KYC
- End-to-End KYC (E2E KYC)
- CDD and EDD (Client Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence)
- Client onboarding, periodic reviews, renewals/refresh, remediation
- Should have interacted with Front office and RM teams daily
- Should be flexible for any shifts
- Should have worked on all Risk types and be able to classify risk for both individual and entity client types
